Gainfilt is specifically designed for this purpose. Gainfilt can be placed in HVAC systems, manufactoring machines, and air flow outlets in the manufacturing environment. Its size can also be customized and can be designed to target adsorption of a single pollutant or combinations of pollutants. Gainfilt has widely served in the semiconductor manufacturing at home and abroad, and in the DRAM and plastics industries as well.

  • Container Style Chemical filter

    Gainfilt-CFCF is a filter specifically designed to be used in a pressurized air environment, nitrogen gas system, or enclosed pipelines. It has an excellent ability of adsorption of acid/base and volatile organic gases to achieve a clean air environment. Its pollutant adsorption efficency ranges from 99% to 99.9999%. Gainfilt – CF has already been used in semiconductor manufacturing, photoelectric, DRAM industries, and others.

    Features:

    - Single or composite filter bed can be applied based on different kinds of pollutants, pollution composition, and their concentration.

    - The ratio of filter adsorption content in the filter bed can be customized to meet the downstream end of the outlet gas cleanliness requirement.

    - High-performance material for dust control in the end of the gas outlet is used to achieve highly clean air quality.

    - Customized sizes: it can be made from 1 inch to 60 inches in diameter, and 4 inches to 60 inches in length.
